Position Summary

The General Foreman must be capable of performing the duties and responsibilities assigned by their immediate supervisor. This includes providing the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment needed for the crew(s) to accomplish the work.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs.
2. Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; analyze work processes to find more productive and cost-efficient methods.
3. Monitor performance, provide written evaluations, assistance, and training to all assigned employees.
4. Prepare employees for additional responsibilities and keep management informed of all significant information.

Qualifications
