Position Summary

The General Foreman must be capable of performing assigned duties and responsibilities under the supervision of their manager. They will provide necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment to facilitate the work of the crew(s).

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, clear, and complete; analyze work processes to find more productive and cost-efficient methods.
  • Monitor performance and provide written evaluations, assistance, and training to all assigned employees.
  • Prepare employees for additional responsibilities and keep management informed of significant issues.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial construction/maintenance.
  • NCEER Certification (Preferred).
  • Supervisory experience (Preferred).
