100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Ironworker Foreman to lead industrial ironworking crews on large-scale projects.

You will review complex drawings, coordinate installation, and manage daily work plans to meet project timelines, while enforcing strict safety standards on site. Ideal candidates have proven supervision experience, strong scheduling knowledge, and familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Prolog.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising ironworkers or steel erection crews on industrial or commercial sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Understanding of scheduling principles and use of scheduling tools to coordinate activities.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and site safety management practices.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project documentation.
• Excellent on-site leadership and communication skills; enforce safety protocols.
• Knowledge of pipeline installation is a plus; OHmmeters for testing a plus.
• OSHA certification required; additional safety certifications advantageous.
