Job summary

RWDY is seeking experienced Ironworkers to join the team on the construction of a direct carbon capture plant in Notrees, TX. The role requires a minimum of four years in industrial construction or maintenance. NCCER certification is preferred, with day or night shifts available on a 13/1 schedule.

Candidates must bring the required trade tools, be comfortable at heights, and willing to oversee crane operations and welding tasks as needed. Per diem is offered to offset travel and living costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industrial construction or maintenance experience.
• NCCER certification preferred.
• Knowledge of MSDS/SDS requirements.
• Must have required tools for the trade.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and fit steel components for installation.
• Connect columns, beams, and girders using bolts and blueprints.
• Use rigging and cranes to move equipment and materials.
• Check alignment using levels, lasers, transits, and plumb bobs.
• Cut, bend, and weld steel using torches, shears, and welding equipment.
• Set up and operate welding equipment as needed.
• Follow supervisor instructions and project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
