Barnhart Energy Company is seeking an Ironworker to perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts on diverse projects across the country. You will assist with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment, supporting heavy haul operations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime.
• Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment (preferred).
• CDL Class A licensing (preferred)
• Rigger certification or TWIC card (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts.
• Assist with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment.
• Support projects and heavy haul operations.
• Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use.
• Help with equipment transport, including trucks and trailers.
• Work both in the field and on dynamic project sites.
