Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a hands-on Rigger to perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts, assist crane assembly and hydraulic equipment, and support projects across the country. You will work in the field and on dynamic project sites while gaining experience in rigging, mechanical work, and heavy transport.

What You Bring

Required

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on, outdoor environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime

Preferred

• Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment
• CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
• Rigger certification or TWIC card

Additional Expectations

• Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field work
