Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking experienced Journeyman Ironworkers for projects in the Columbus, OH area on a first shift. Pay is $30-31/hour based on experience and skill level.

Job scope includes connecting steel beams, cross members, and metal decking, stick welding, and adherence to all jobsite safety

Qualifications

• Experience with steel erection up to 2 stories.
• Experience connecting steel beams, cross members, and metal decking.
• Familiarity with standard ironworking tools and equipment.
• Experience with stick welding.
• Experience using a blow torch for bolt connections and steel work.
• Comfortable working at heights and walking steel.
• Experience operating or working from lifts.

Responsibilities

• Connect steel beams, cross members, and metal decking.
• Perform stick welding on structural members.
• Adhere to all jobsite safety standards and procedures.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
