Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Ironworkers with hands‑on experience working with structural steel beams in Apollo FL. The role is on‑site, full‑time, with rhythm 50 hours/week typical and a pay rate of $25–$28 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with installation and positioning of beams, working at elevated heights, rigging and moving materials, and supporting the crew while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in ironwork/structural steel.
• Ability to handle structural beams and components.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Must follow all safety and PPE requirements.

Pay: $25–$28/hour
Per Diem: None
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 50 hours/week
Duration: 1 year, with potential for additional work

Job Duties:

• Assist with installation and positioning of structural beams
• Work with structural steel components
• Assist with handrails and other structural components
• Rig, move, and position structural materials as needed
• Work at elevated heights
• Support the structural steel crew with general ironwork activities
• Follow all site safety requirements and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous ironwork/structural steel experience
• Strong experience working with steel beams
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Able to safely handle and position structural materials
• Must follow all safety and PPE requirements

Required PPE & Tools:

• Fall protection harness
• Hard hat
• Steel-toe boots
• Basic hand tools appropriate for ironwork
