Hilton Mechanical Contractors is seeking an Ironwork Foreman to lead a field crew and actively contribute to project progress. You will read structural drawings, coordinate lifts with crane operators, and ensure safety and quality on site.
The role requires 5+ years ironworker experience, 2+ years in a foreman role, and proficiency with SMAW/FCAW welding, rigging, and structural welds. Travel to active sites is expected, with a competitive hourly wage and overtime opportunities.

We're looking for an Ironwork Foreman who can manage a field crew while still putting their hands on the work. You'll be responsible for daily production, crew direction, and keeping the job moving safely and on schedule. You will be based out of our Alpharetta and Gainesville shops, but travel to active construction jobsites will be needed.
Candidates must be willing to travel to locations as needed.
Schedule: 40-60 hrs/week, possible weekends
Pay Range: $35/hr - $42/hr
