Ashbrook Construction is a growing residential and commercial construction company specializing in custom iron door installs. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to our clients.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Iron Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing heavy-duty iron doors and frames, reading CADs, and working in a construction environment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

If you have no experience, we will train. Our home base is Northern Utah, and we install doors in Colorado, St. George, Idaho, and Washington. Some months involve minimal travel, while others require being out of town for up to 2.5 weeks. We aim to keep trips no longer than 10 days.

Responsibilities:

Initially, you will start as an apprentice, assisting with installations of Iron Door Works doors. Your goal is to learn quickly and, within a few months, take on more responsibilities and perform installations independently. As the company grows, there will be opportunities for your professional growth.

You will travel to locations in St. George, Colorado, Idaho, and Washington. Travel frequency varies; some months require minimal travel, while others involve being out of town for about 2 weeks. We provide per diem, nice hotels, and the crew typically consists of two guys.

Qualifications:

No experience is necessary; we will provide training for willing learners. Experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required.
