Embassy Suites Louisville East is seeking an In-Room Dining Attendant to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in suites, maintaining Hilton standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with kitchen and front desk, handle trays, payments when needed, and ensure timely, courteous service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30-50lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

• Deliver food and beverages to guest suites in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Verify orders for accuracy before delivery.
• Set up trays or tables in guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.
• Provide friendly and personalized service.
• Collect payment and process transactions, when applicable.
• Remove used trays, dishes and carts from guest rooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining service area and equipment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, front desk and other hotel departments to ensure efficient service.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with banquet or restaurant operations as needed.
