Job summary

Dartmouth Health in Lebanon, NH seeks a Research Regulatory Coordinator II to support the DHMC research program. You will independently manage IRB and sponsor-related tasks and work with study teams and regulatory committees to ensure compliant trial operations.

Responsibilities include record management, report development, sponsor coordination, investigator support, and ensuring adherence to FDA, OHRP, ICH, and JC guidelines. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 2 years of relevant research experience required.
• SOCRA/ACRP Certification or eligible for certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record management and essential document control for regulatory compliance.
• Develop reports gathering protocol activity and safety data.
• Support resolution of regulatory and sponsor-related issues with IRB and study teams.
• Communicate study status with sponsors accurately and promptly.
• Assist investigators with submissions and maintaining study protocols and approvals.
• Maintain knowledge of IRB, FDA, OHRP, ICH, JC guidelines and documentation.
• Track storage of essential documents and data entry in tracking systems.
• Develop local informed consent documents under supervision and sponsor templates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
