Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an IRB/Compliance Analyst to review and oversee research protocols, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance across the institution. You will interpret federal, state and internal guidelines, and prepare amendments, SAE reports, and continuing reviews.

Collaborating with faculty, staff researchers and coordinators, you will maintain documentation and support audits and quality reviews. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of research regulations to review protocols for compliance
• Oversee protocol submissions, amendments, SAE reports and continuing reviews
• Coordinate with investigators and staff to address human subjects issues during review
• Prepare and submit protocol documents and regulatory reports in a timely manner
• Maintain electronic regulatory systems and supporting documentation
• Assist in audits, surveys, and quality reviews and contribute to training materials
