You will work with OHRA leadership, develop policies, train staff, and ensure compliance with 45 CFR 46 and related regulations. The role offers hybrid work, a base salary of USD 105,000–115,000 per year, and opportunities for CIP certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years IRB or human research protections experience required.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply federal and state regulations governing human-subject research.
• CIP credential preferred; if not possessed, must obtain within one year.

Aufgaben

• Supervise an assigned team of IRB analysts, including assigning work and evaluating performance.
• Oversee operations of ancillary committees or regulatory functions within OHRA, ensuring compliance.
• Manage day-to-day administrative, operational, and submission processes for IRB reviews.
• Monitor workloads, submission volume, turnaround times, and workflows; implement improvements as needed.
• Train and mentor IRB analysts and develop educational materials for regulatory interpretation.
• Provide regulatory consultations to investigators and research staff; serve as SME for IRB processes.
• Collaborate with OHRA leadership and IRB Chairs to develop policies and guidance documents.
• Conduct quality assurance and performance metric reviews to identify trends and corrective actions.
