Job Description:

IR staff technologists collaborate with a team of nurses, advanced practice providers, attending physicians, residents, and tech assistants to provide a cutting-edge multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

IR technologists cover clinical areas including IR, CT-guided procedures, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Hybrid procedures, Endovascular Neurosurgery, and Endoscopic interventions.

The IR Technologist supports diagnostic and interventional procedures such as angiography, embolization, venous access, venography, myelography, abdominal interventions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsy.

Required Education/Certification:
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology
  • ARRT certification
  • Valid Massachusetts Radiography License
  • BLS certification
