Job summary

CoxHealth Surgery Center is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support perioperative patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires graduation from a Surgical Technology program or 5 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, with strong communication and teamwork skills for independent and collaborative work.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Graduate from a school of Surgical Technology or 5 years’ experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Experience: Hospital and/or Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of working independently and in teams; strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care throughout perioperative phase under RN supervision.
• Perform technical and supportive functions in the surgical setting following hospital standards.
