Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a dedicated part-time Interventional Radiology/ECMO nurse to support pre, intra, and post-procedure care in a fast-paced IR unit. You will perform IV starts, port access, and moderate sedation while coordinating with physicians and support staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

The role requires stepping into emergent situations, working a schedule with 3x9 hour shifts M-F, and being able to respond onsite within 30 minutes.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree and licensure.
• Strong critical-thinking and patient-assessment skills.
• Experience with IV starts, port access, and moderate sedation.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients undergoing complex IR procedures in pre, intra, and post‑procedure settings.
• Respond to life-saving situations and follow nurse protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and manage care.
