Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology RN in Traverse City, Michigan, to support diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures. You will collaborate with physicians, technologists, and nurses to ensure safe patient care and optimal outcomes during IR cases.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with BLS and ACLS, at least one year in IR or procedural settings, strong IV skills, and excellent critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year IR or procedural area experience.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
• Strong IV access and monitoring skills.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for IR procedures and provide pre-procedure education.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status during procedures.
• Administer medications including IV sedatives and analgesics.
• Maintain a sterile field and infection control.
• Assist physicians with IR cases and vascular/non-vascular interventions.
• Document patient interactions and procedure details.
• Engage in post-procedure assessments and care planning.
