Responsibilities

• Functions as scheduler and schedule coordinator, and advocate/educator for patients scheduled for radiology procedures.
• Reviews medical history, lab results, and imaging results to determine readiness for interventional procedures.
• Provides preop and postop phone calls and ensures patients receive quality, comprehensive services.
• Guides scheduling of appointments and coordinates with insurance to remove access-related barriers.
