Job summary

Mercor, a leader in connecting elite creative and technical talent with AI labs, is seeking an Investor Relations Expert for a remote contract role. You will own the earnings cycle, draft releases, and prepare Q&A materials.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in-house IR at a public company, direct earnings-cycle ownership, and familiarity with equity story development. IRC/NIRI background or sell-side experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Preferred

• IRC charter (NIRI); sell-side equity research before moving in-house; investor relations agency experience.

Assessment

• An earnings release and prepared remarks from a mock results pack; a guidance revision recommendation; an activist vulnerability assessment.
