Job summary

Camber Sky Holding LLC is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead our relationships with limited partners, oversee fundraising communications, and articulate the firm’s story to the institutional capital community.

In this role you will manage LP communications, coordinate roadshows, develop marketing materials, and coordinate due diligence. You will build and nurture relationships across North America with institutions, consultants, and family offices.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or placement.
• Existing network of institutional LP relationships across North America.
• Deep understanding of private equity fund structures, terms, and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills — written, verbal, and visual.
• Ability to translate complex investment narratives into LP-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage LP communications — quarterly reports, annual meetings, and ad-hoc updates
• Lead fundraising efforts alongside the founding partners, including LP targeting and roadshow execution
• Develop and maintain investor marketing materials, fund collateral, and performance reporting
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, consultants, and family offices
• Coordinate LP due diligence requests and manage the data room
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and investor events
