Job summary

Idaho Falls Community Hospital is seeking an IR/Cath Lab Technologist to join our cardiovascular imaging team. The role includes assisting physicians in IR and Cath Lab procedures, operating the C-arm, scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, and ensuring ALARA radiation practices for patient safety.

Candidates should have ARRT certification, current BLS, and preferred ACLS, with at least three years of IR or cath lab experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT-licensed radiologic technologist with interventional experience.
• Current BLS certificate, ACLS preferred.
• Minimum three years in IR or cath lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist for diagnostic & interventional procedures in IR/Cath Lab.
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor during procedures as needed.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure ALARA radiation safety.
• Prepare patients and equipment; document procedural activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize care.
