Job summary

Illuminate USA in Pataskala, OH is seeking an IQC Associate Engineer to support incoming quality control for solar module raw materials and ensure compliance with engineering specs. You will work with SQE, Process Engineering and Production to analyze data, perform RCA, and drive continuous quality improvements, while documenting findings and maintaining control plans.

The role requires an associate degree or higher and hands-on experience with inspection tools, reading drawings, and basic SPC

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in engineering, materials, mechanical, electrical, or related field.
• Hands-on reading of drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with SOPs, work instructions and control plans.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and material standards.
• Operate IQC inspection and testing equipment.
• Create, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and control plans.
• Perform RCA and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor raw material quality and support production teams.
