Job summary

T1 Energy is seeking an IQA Inspector to join our Wilmer, Texas manufacturing team. The role focuses on inspecting raw incoming materials, performing lab tests, and collecting data in support of our 5GW solar module facility.

This position requires adherence to GLP, accurate data recording, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. You will read blueprints, determine sampling sizes, report non-conformances, and help maintain calibrated testing equipment, contributing

Qualifications

• Familiar with GLP, sampling, handling, and management.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to conduct inspections for raw materials using various instruments.
• Record data from inspections and lab tests and upload to the proper locations.
• Determine sampling size according to the sampling plan for each raw material.
• Read Blueprint/2D drawings for inspections.
• Report non-conformances and isolate raw materials if needed.
• Perform basic mathematical conversions as required.
• Ensure testing equipment and instruments are cleaned, maintained, and calibrated.
• Maintain a clean IQA lab environment daily.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
