NVIDIA Corporation seeks an outstanding Software Engineer to join our US-based networking software team. You will lead the transformation of AI networking systems, architect scalable, hardware-accelerated software for BlueField DPU and ConnectX, and partner with internal teams to translate customer needs into product features.

You will drive performance, reliability, and debugging improvements while engaging with hyperscalers and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Software Engineering, CS, CE or related science degree (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of relevant industry experience with technical leadership across complex systems.
Deep knowledge of networking protocols, RoCE/InfiniBand, L1–L4, and performance/latency tradeoffs.

Mansioni

Architect, design, and develop hardware-accelerated software solutions for AI networking (BlueField DPU and ConnectX).
Lead technical engagements with hyperscalers, covering design-in, bring-up, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to translate customer needs into features and roadmaps.
Improve performance, reliability, and debuggability across customer stacks and feed findings into product and software roadmaps.
