Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program (MS/PhD).
• Experience with cell culture and aseptic technique is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to troubleshoot challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to develop iPSC-derived models.
• Identify and mitigate experimental risks and variability.
• Culture iPSC lines and characterize models.
• Perform immunostaining, gene expression analyses, and related assays.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate findings to the team.
