Job summary

The role emphasizes individualized planning, using IPS, job development, employer engagement, and collaboration with DVR and Supportive Housing teams to coordinate services and support successful job starts and sustained employment.

Qualifications

• Education in human services preferred; experience with Severe Mental Illness beneficial.
• Experience providing employment services and youth-focused support.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Engages transition-age youth in relationship-building and futures planning.
• Implements TIP/IPSE practices to achieve positive employment outcomes.
• Develops job opportunities and supports employer engagement.
• Coordinates with DVR and VOA Housing to support client employment goals.
• Maintains case documentation and ensures confidentiality.
