Job summary

The position involves traveling to community sites, maintaining clinical schedules in the agency system, and ongoing professional development to align with IPS and fidelity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance maintained per Pawnee policy.

Responsibilities

• Meet direct service expectations based on fidelity review standards and BARS expectations.
• Drive to community settings for the delivery of services.
• Enter and maintain the agency electronic health record schedule.
• Engage clients and establish trust toward competitive employment in community settings.
• Collaborate with the management team and staff to support the agency mission.
