Job summary

Buckelew Programs is seeking a Program Manager to lead the new Buckelew Employment Service (BES) team using the IPS model to help people in behavioral health gain regular employment.

You will guide staff, manage daily operations, and coordinate with external partners including police, fire departments, and social service agencies. Strong leadership and budget oversight are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Nursing, or related field, or certification as a Peer Support Specialist, Patient Navigator, Community Health Advocate, or in Alcohol/Drug Counseling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, program growth, staffing, and development of assigned program(s).
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets and monitor revenues/expenses.
• Ensure fidelity to IPS model and lead quality improvement actions.
• Engage with external partners and community organizations to advance employment opportunities.
