• Participate in trade shows representing KLS Martin with product knowledge.
• Learn customer needs to market strategically and support new product development.
• Educate on IPS products and related software; perform in-service and sales presentations.
• Stay current on care standards and market technologies in the IPS space.
• Organize field trips and trips to trade shows, customer sites, and workshops.
• Help create customer-centered marketing strategies for IPS products.

Job SummaryAssist in the logistical responsibilities of the IPS product line. IPS is a demanding product line which often requires travel be taken on minimal notice. This individual will be responsible for frequent travel needed to support surgical cases. Assist with strategic projects and discussions with customers, the sales team, in-house departments, and partner companies to drive revenue. Spend time in the market to truly understand your customers, how they interact with our products, what they value, what challenges they face, and how we can create innovative solutions for the broader market. Develop business and technical knowledge and demonstrate a high degree of work ethic in the accomplishment of assigned goals. Assist in the management of the IPS product line.
