Job Summary
This position will support the data coordination team in the performance of assignments, spend time shadowing actual operations, and have unique assignments that support larger projects as well as experience the day-to-day workings of the IPS (Individual Patient Solution) Process. May perform and/or participate in additional activities/events that help them build a strong network within the KLS community.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge on the complete Individual Patient Solution workflow and products.
- Apply problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills to assist on larger projects such as process improvement initiatives, educational material development, design and testing of IPS products, and quality assurance.
- Assist other engineering departments on completing tasks for IPS cases.
- Abide by regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of files specific to each patient’s case.
- Collaborate and coordinate between multiple departments: production, sales, marketing, and product management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Actively pursuing an Associate’s or higher-level degree from an accredited university.
