Hirenexus in the Dallas area seeks a hands-on Vice President of Transformation and IPO Readiness to steer the program for its public debut. You will own the ERP, HR, data models, billing/revenue platform, and Salesforce redesign, all built for SOX and public company reporting.

Lead the cross-functional team, manage partners and senior stakeholders, and ensure the plan stays on track while driving adoption of the PM framework across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading IPO or public company readiness projects.
• Track record delivering large ERP implementations with an SI partner.
• Fluency with program governance, CRAID logs, stage gates, and UAT.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead IPO readiness program across ERP, HCM, billing, CRM, data, and integrations.
• Translate readiness requirements into clear owners, dates and decisions.
• Manage partners on scope, SOWs, changes, testing, and go-live.
• Lead cross-functional sessions and provide concise progress updates.
