Job summary

E2 Federal Services, LLC seeks a Principal Procedure System Specialist to implement and maintain the Integrated Procedure Management System (IPMS) across SRS procedures and DOE order compliance. You will lead policy development, provide guidance to procedure organizations, and coordinate packaging and approvals of company-level policies.

The role emphasizes safety, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure continuous improvement of procedure writing, controls, and system

Qualifications

• US citizen required and able to obtain security clearances.
• MBA degree with 2 years of accounting/financial experience or equivalent.
• BA/BS in business administration with 5 years of related accounting/financial experience; associate degree with 8 years of experience; high school diploma with 11 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide M&O procedure organizations on IPMS.
• Maintain and coordinate company-level policy and procedure collections.
• Develop site-wide IPMS requirements and improvements.
• Lead site procedure improvement initiatives (SCD-1, SCD-2).
• Support policy writing, formatting, and approvals across the organization.
