Licensed Pest Control Technician – Worcester/Providence Area

We are seeking a licensed Pest Control Technician to join our team in the Worcester‑Newton‑Natick‑Acton MA and Providence RI marketing area.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately identify pests and assess infestation levels to determine effective treatment plans.
• Apply chemical and non‑chemical treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Regularly monitor pest activity and modify treatment strategies based on site‑specific dynamics and client feedback.
• Maintain and calibrate pest control equipment and manage supplies inventory to ensure operational readiness.
• Educate clients on pest behavior, treatment procedures, and preventive measures.
• Complete detailed service reports documenting treatments, pest activity, and client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies.
• Respond to emergency pest situations promptly, providing solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and the IPM Area Supervisor to enhance service efficacy and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Outlook email and Teams account (check emails at least twice daily).

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• State pesticide applicator’s license (paid training and state certifications provided for non‑licensed new hires).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work full‑time, including overtime during the busy season.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check.
