Join Our Team at Estate Landscaping

Estate Landscaping, one of Southwest Florida’s fastest-growing and highest-rated family-owned lawn care companies, is seeking a reliable, highly organized Pest Control Technician with experience in lawn pest control to join our team. In this role, you'll manage your own route and be responsible for a variety of essential tasks including fertilizing, pest control treatments, and the safe handling of materials. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a designated route and carry out lawn care services such as fertilizing, spraying, and pest control treatments
2. Safely load and unload materials and equipment
3. Maintain accurate records of all services performed
4. Follow proper mixing and application processes
5. Work independently while adhering to company standards and safety protocols

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lawn technician
2. Ability to identify lawn pests and common lawn issues is a significant plus
3. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and handling equipment like spreaders
4. Strong understanding of pesticide mixing and application processes
5. Excellent record-keeping skills for all services provided
6. Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screening
7. Eligible to work in the U.S.
8. Availability for a Monday-Friday workweek

Preferred Qualifications:

1. L&O License preferred
2. Experience with driving/towing a utility trailer is a plus
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
