Job summary

Connors Pest Pros is seeking a motivated Pest Specialist in Springfield, VA to inspect properties, develop IPM plans, and apply pest control solutions while educating customers. You will work outdoors across residential and commercial settings, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has pest control experience, a valid pesticide license or ability to obtain one, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and problem

Qualifications

Requires pest control experience and knowledge of IPM practices.
License or ability to obtain pesticide applicator license.
Valid driver''s license with clean record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions.
Develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) treatment plans tailored to each customer.
Apply pesticides, baits, and other pest control solutions safely and per label and regulations.
Educate customers on pest prevention tips and communicate treatment recommendations clearly.
Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and chemical usage logs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable, professional service.
Manage and restock service vehicle with necessary equipment and products.
