Connors Pest Pros in Springfield, VA is seeking a motivated Pest Specialist to join our growing outdoor team. You will inspect properties, identify entry points, and develop IPM treatment plans tailored to each customer's needs.

Apply pesticides and educate customers while maintaining accurate service records. You will build strong relationships through reliable, professional service and manage vehicle stock and equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pests including rodents, insects and wildlife.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity and entry points.
• Develop and execute IPM treatment plans tailored to each customer.
• Apply pesticides, baits and pest control solutions per label and regulations.
• Educate customers on prevention and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Maintain service records, inspection reports and chemical usage logs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service.
• Manage and restock service vehicle with equipment and products.
