Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Elizabethtown Campus is hiring a full‑time IPM: Integrated Plant Management Technician to care for our outdoor spaces year round. The role operates 6:30 AM–2:30 PM with no weekend work and offers a competitive hourly pay of $18.51–$24.35, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pa Driver's License is required; Class A CDL preferred.
• Four years of horticulture training desirable.
• Ability to obtain PA pesticide applicator certification (Categories 6 & 7); IPM training preferred.
• Good written, oral, organizational and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and performing plant health practices to maintain campus landscape.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and operate tools/equipment with proper PPE.
• Contribute to tree planting programs and coordinate with Tree Specialist and Department Leaders.
• Understand proper use and handling of pesticides, document chemical applications.
• Participate in general landscape care and snow operations as needed.
• Educate landscape staff on plant health identification, treatments and safety.
• Complete CMMS work orders and document time for cost distribution and payroll.
