Qualifications

• High School diploma OR GED and relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a reviewed driving record.
• Ability to obtain a valid Hawaii Department of Agriculture Private Pesticide Applicator’s license within 90 days.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak operational seasons.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build network within the IPM teams and engage in continuous improvement opportunities.
• Safely execute pesticide applications and communicate timely information.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records.
• Adhere to Bayer's Health Safety Environment (HSE) standards.
