Job Summary: | The Interprofessional Certificate in Palliative Care (IPCC)/Master of Science in Palliative Care (MSPC) are online graduate education programs that prepare providers-physicians, nurses (including BSN and advanced practice nurses), physician assistants, pharmacists, social workers, spiritual care providers, psychologists, therapists, counselors and ethicists-to be Palliative Care Community Specialists. Graduates provide high-quality palliative consultation and care to patients and families living with serious and life-threatening illness. The IPCC/MSPC programs are based at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, School of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine. The MSPC is foundational for the University of Colorado Community Hospice and Palliative Medicine (CHPM) Fellowship for physicians who wish to become board-certified practitioners in palliative care and hospice. This position will be co-teaching spirituality content in the programs. We are seeking two people to fulfill this role; one as a Medical Doctor and one with a Master's in Divinity (or comparable degree). Key Responsibilities:
