Job summary

TT Electronics in Perry, Ohio is seeking a Team Member to solder, inspect, and rework class 3 electronic materials and assemblies to meet established specifications.

In this role you will follow manufacturing instructions, verify polarity and orientation, set torque levels, operate solder equipment, and maintain quality through first-piece inspections and in-process audits, while complying with ITAR, OSHA, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with soldering and inspection in electronics manufacturing.
• Familiar with J-STD-001 and IPC-7711/7721 standards.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions and handle materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder electronic components to meet workmanship standards.
• Rework assemblies using proper tools and techniques to remove/replace components.
• Ensure polarity and orientation requirements are met during installation.
• Follow manufacturing instructions to ensure quality results.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming material (NCM).
• Set up, log, and verify torque settings; use torque wrenches.
• Operate de-panelizer and maintain a clean work area.
