Job summary

Pole/Zero LLC in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronics Assembler to support military applications by assembling standard and volume-based products. You will solder components, wires and assemblies on printed circuit boards in accordance with IPC regulations, using microscopes for fine hand assembly.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years soldering and defense manufacturing experience, IPC-610 certification preferred, and the ability to read blueprints and work with ERP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US person (US Citizen or Green Card).
• 2+ years soldering experience preferred.
• 2+ years defense manufacturing experience preferred.
• IPC-610 certification preferred.
• IPC-A-610 knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations.
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
• Incorporation of engineering changes to new and existing products at board level.
• Record activity into a database.
• Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications.
