JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker for its International Private Bank to support Client Advisors across the LATAM Mexico market, coordinating with teams across markets and functions.

You will handle KYC documentation, account openings, and daily administration while maintaining confidentiality for Private Banking clients and ensuring accuracy in reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7/66 and insurance licenses required or must obtain within 90 days.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client docs and suitability reporting.
• Assist in account opening and investment preparation.
• Monitor client accounts and manage basic information.
• Conduct daily account administration.
• Serve as liaison with Account Opening, Risk, and Investor Support.
• Coordinate with Operations and Client Service teams.
• Monitor risk metrics with Team Leader and support associates.

As an Associate Banker in the International Private Bank, you will provide integral daily support to Client Advisors in managing client relationships across the LATAM Mexico market. Additionally, you will coordinate with a team of talented colleagues and other essential support groups, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client documentation and processes and Suitability assessments and reporting
• Assist in account opening process and internal preparation to facilitate subsequent investments
• Monitor client accounts and provide basic client information management
• Conduct daily account administration
• Act as point of contact with Account Opening teams, Supervisory Management, Risk Management and Investor Support teams
• Liaise with Operations and Client Service Specialist teams
• Monitor exceptions and work with Client Advisors to conduct 'what-if' scenario-based analysis; partner with Team Leader to monitor risk metrics across the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Three plus years of industry related experience
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC or ability to learn proprietary software
• Experience and interest in financial markets and concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy

Alternative Responsibilities

• Generate investment ideas and reasons to call clients to aid the team in growing client relationships.
• Gather and interpret market, product and client information as well as research.
• Prepare, Review and approve Investment Performance review presentations for Client Advisors to deliver to clients.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Work with Team Leader to monitor Client Advisor loadings.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents, including, submission, monitoring and working with clients to complete/correct.
