Our client is a top global firm, seeking a mid-level IP Litigation Associate for its Intellectual Property and Technology group in Chicago, New York and Minneapolis. The salary for this position is between 250,000 to 275,000.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of IP litigation experience, including trademark and copyright litigation, anti-counterfeiting litigation and online enforcement.
• Experience in all aspects of litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, drafting complaints and applications for TROs and preliminary injunctions, managing high volume discovery, and preparing dispositive motions and settlement agreements.
• Excellent academic credentials are required.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills required; team focused.
• The firm seeks candidates who are motivated self starters with strong leadership, skills.
• Must be admitted in Illinois or New York or eligible to waive in.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
