Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an IP litigation associate for its leading technology litigation practice in all nationwide offices. The salary for this position is between $235k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IP litigation experience involving trademark, copyright, trade secret, and false advertising litigation.
• Experience managing complex litigation and enforcement matters, including developing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and advising clients on legal risks related to technology development.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; team focused.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
