Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate with 2–4 years of experience in AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and false advertising law to join its intellectual property and technology litigation practice in Washington, DC. The role focuses on high-profile AI litigation for tech clients and offers a dynamic environment for trial lawyers.

Primary duties include managing IP and tech litigation, developing enforcement strategies, and coordinating with clients and vendors on discovery.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade-secret law, including litigation.
• Membership in the state bar where the application is submitted is required.
• Superior academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage intellectual property and technology litigation across copyright, trademark, trade secret, false advertising, and AI sectors.
• Develop litigation and enforcement strategies while counseling clients on legal risks in product development.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing, and manage the discovery phase including e-discovery coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver legal solutions and maintain strong client-facing communication.
• Advise clients on enforcement strategies and risk management using prior litigations.
