BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate with 2–4 years of experience in AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and false advertising law to join its intellectual property and technology litigation practice in Washington, DC. The role focuses on high-profile AI litigation for tech clients and offers a dynamic environment for trial lawyers.

Primary duties include managing IP and tech litigation, developing enforcement strategies, and coordinating with clients and vendors on discovery.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade-secret law, including litigation.
• Membership in the state bar where the application is submitted is required.
• Superior academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree.

Responsabilidades

• Manage intellectual property and technology litigation across copyright, trademark, trade secret, false advertising, and AI sectors.
• Develop litigation and enforcement strategies while counseling clients on legal risks in product development.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing, and manage the discovery phase including e-discovery coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver legal solutions and maintain strong client-facing communication.
• Advise clients on enforcement strategies and risk management using prior litigations.

A law firm seeks a talented and motivated associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and/or false advertising law to join its intellectual property and technology litigation practice in Washington, DC. The firm is at the forefront of high-profile cases, including defending major tech companies in generative AI litigation, and offers a dynamic environment for true trial lawyers.

Duties

• Manage intellectual property and technology litigation and enforcement matters across copyright, trademark, trade secret, false advertising, and AI sectors.
• Develop comprehensive litigation and enforcement strategies while counseling clients on legal risks related to product development.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing, and manage the discovery phase, including coordinating with clients and vendors on e-discovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver legal solutions and exhibit strong verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Apply expertise gained from litigating and winning cases to advise clients on enforcement strategies and risk management.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade-secret law, including litigation.
• Strong understanding of the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the DMCA, federal and state trade-secret statutes, and computer-access laws such as the CFAA.
• Willingness to engage with a broad range of laws and legal principles to support technology clients with legal disputes.
• Membership in the state bar where the application is submitted is required.

Education

• Superior academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Active membership in the relevant state bar in good standing.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a sizable bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
