Job summary

Responsibilities include patent clearance, contract review, and supporting IP litigation while ensuring alignment with business objectives and company policies. A technical engineering degree and USPTO admission are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field required.
• Anaqua and IP Rally experience strongly preferred; Microsoft Office experience required.
• Admitted to practice before USPTO.

• Review competitor patents and classify them.
• Review work performed by outside counsel.
• Interact with inventors and coordinate invention disclosures.
• Review and draft license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other contracts.
• Provide support for intellectual property litigation.
