Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED with 5-8 years' relevant IP experience.
• Deep understanding of US and non-US patent processes and formalities.
• Proficient with ePCT Portal, USPTO Patent Center, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and docketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications from patent offices and docketings.
• Review daily dockets for deadlines and prepare response templates.
• Coordinate US references and prepare documents for USPTO and foreign offices.
• Manage formal documents for filing/prosecuting patents and maintain maintenance records.
• Monitor patent portfolio database performance and support system changes.
