Munck Wilson Mandala is looking for a patent prosecution paralegal to join its Uptown Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of intellectual property and patent prosecution experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of patent applications (ADS, IDS, POA, Assignment) as well as response, US, PCT and foreign filings. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
